Classified Ad Safety Advice

I received this from a club member who wanted me to spread the word. Please read and heed the advice.

Hi Paul and Leona: Something you might consider mentioning in the next newsletter is a reminder that there are unscrupulous people out there that use the "Want Ads" in the newsletter to try and prey on people. I've had several inquiries in the past regarding my "Parts for Sale" where people (strangers) show interest in a part then want to know where you live to come by to see it. When I tell them I'll be happy to meet them somewhere, they never respond back. Clearly they are trying to locate where nice cars or parts are to plan a theft later. Unless you know who you are dealing with, please remind the club members to be smart and safe. Thanks.
